First Book (used lots of Photoshop)

I finally finished my first book using some of my own Photoshop templates. The book is our family photo album for 2006. It's taken me this long to settle on a method for annual books and leave behind my printed pictures in scrapbooks.

It was a lot of work but very fun, and I love it! I'd love to see other books using PS in hopes of getting more ideas!!

Could you please tell me what image size you used for your templates?

Also, would you mind telling me how much your book cost you to print?
