Hi-
I just finished scanning dozens of old black and white images, using ArcSoft scanning software (which came with my scanner). I scanned the images in grayscale....
I just read some posts that said NOT to convert images in your photo software to grayscale - to use RGB (or something along those lines)
Should I not have scanned in grayscale, but RGB, since they were black and white to begin with? Or, does it matter?
They look good in my preview, but I want to make sure they look good when the book is printed.
Do I need to go back and rescan all of my photos?
I need to finish the book by this coming weekend (April 20th), so any help is appreciated!
Thanks!
