Presentation Boxes for Photobooks?

Does anyone have links to presentation boxes for the paperback pocketbook size? I like to be able to purchase some nice inexpensive ones that doesn't cost more than the actually photobook itself? Any thoughts?

I can't believe the shipping of one of those photobook boxes cost more than the box itself. It would be awesome if MP could sell those presentation boxes that could be shipped with the photobook.
