Making a paperback for the preschool set, can make "learning" fun.
Use your camera to take shots of "A" as in apple, C as in cereal, D as in dog...
use captions to make it personal.

You can even group a bunch of "D" things on a table, or fill a sink with "s" things.
You can do pictures of the extended family, ...as in cousin Billy from far away.

I did something like this for my Grandma, who had dementia. It helped her remember
the things she missed when she had to move away.

This is such an AWESOME idea! Thank you for sharing it. I have a three year old who has an unending thirst for knowledge. A custom ABC book would do the trick. He can even participate and learn at the same time as we look for things that start with A / B / C .... and take pictures of it.
