Pictures left to create new book after assembling 100 pages!

I have built a 100 page book which is the maximum offered, but I have many pictures left and wish to start a new book! I do not know what is the process on how to start a new book without having to re-create a new book and re-sellect all those pictures in previous book. Offering an option to create a new book from remaining pictures in a current book would be super. Presently I have to save the current book under new name and delete all previously selected pictures from the "organize" tab and delete all pictures in the "make book" tab, wich is awfully long!!!

Is it possible to repeat your answers instead of saying "i answered in your other thread". I am reading these threads for information and it is very frustrating when there is no answer and I can not find the "other thread".

Please paste the answers in both threads for those of us spending our time reading here for information.
