I am about ready to purchase three separate and unique books but want to know if I am going to have to pay for three separate shipping charges. Is there a way to make this happen or is it a dream. Thanks!

:)

I was wondering the same thing. I ordered three of the same book and was really disappointed that the shipping was so high. I have two more books, each different, that I want to order, but the shipping has me questioning whether I should or not.

Hello,

I understand you may want to combine multiple orders into one shipment. Unfortunately, at this time, we are unable to do so.

The MyPublisher ordering, manufacturing and shipping processes were designed to accommodate each order on an individual basis, because each order reflects a custom design. This system design prevents us from combining multiple orders. Likewise, each order can be shipped to only one address.

If you would like to order in a variety of types, colors or materials, you will need to place a separate order for each option.

Thank you for your understanding. I hope you will appreciate the attention we give to each individual order.

Best Regards,

MyPublisher

Unfortunately I totally agree with your disappointment and can't seem to get a number to call MyPublisher from the UK. I spent every evening for the last 2 weeks making a book and calendar to order last night. I've been charged $25 postage for two copies of the same book and can't order the calendar at the same time - that's about another $20 shipping. Unfortunately I'll have to look elsewhere because this is doubling the cost of the product. If it was advertised as more than $40 at the beginning I wouldn't have started the calendar!

Hi sk11,

I am very sorry but unfortunately our phone support is only for residents of the United States.

Information regarding combining different orders can be found at http://www.mypublisher.uk.com/help20/help_chapter3.php#ship under "Combining Shipments"

Once again I apologize for the inconvenience.

Best Regards,

MyPublisher
