Will MyPublisher print Mac boks made with Aperture?

I'm a professional photographer with a fairly new Mac. Have downloaded the software that allows acceptance of books laid out using IPhoto, but I would love to also have the option of having my Aperture books printed by MyPublisher. Will they simply be accepted as IPhoto books are, or what do I need to do?

I'm also highly interested. I'd rather use aperture's book maker, since it's built-in and outputs pdf.
