I seem to be having the same issues as a lot of people. I clicked on purchase and now it have been over an hour and my photo album is still not uploaded. I asked customer service and they said on a 30 page album it should only take 10 mins. at the most. I have disabled my firewall and have set my default to a differennt browser instead of AOL. I have also disabled my cookies.
Could someone please help me. I wish mypublisher had a visual step by step purchasing process. The one mypublisher currently has is ok. mypublisher should build one with visuals of real problems customers are reporting on. For instance what i am experiencing along with many others. What if a person doesn't know how to disable their firewall? Instead of mypublisher answering this question a million times by its customers it should build a step by step for them.
