Combining Orders

I would really like to save on shipping, please have an option to combine orders in the future.

Added to this would be the ability to combine books of several different sizes in one order.

Combining orders would save a lot of wasted $$$, especially when you're ordering 30 books throughout the summer. ALSO, why not offer a ground shipping rate to CANADA. For some reason people in Europe have a cheaper option-- I don't need my book in two days... it's nice, but I'd rather save and wait a bit.

That would have been nice with the coupon for buy one get one free. I really didn't need 2 of the same book. Thought I didn't know how to use the site.

I second that! I thought that i did not know how to use the website, then i realized that it is a limitation. Frankly, it is very frustrating to have to order each book on different orders, specially if they are being shipped to the same place!
