I have just started using mypublisher a few months ago, and am addicted! I've already made 1/2 dozen books, and have loved each and every one! I have run into a few problems, with older digital photos that did not have a high enough resolution.

I am looking into purchasing a new digital SLR camera, and am thinking of getting one with a higher resolution than what I have now. Most have higher than 7 or 8 megapixel, and am thinking of getting 10 or 12 (some now up to 15). I do love enlarging photos and using them as gifts for large poster sized prints, so a higher resolution will help me with that. Will this make photo files for this software too large? (I can't imagine I'll have the patience to resize all the files).

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

You can't go wrong with a Nikon product. We have the D200, D300, D40x and many pro-level lenses. I would highly recommend the D300 if you want a 12.2 megapixel camera. I also recommend using Photoshop CS4 which has just come out for processing. It has a lot of new features. However, not all computers can run CS4.
