I am almost finished making a 100 page book. I am using the classic hardcover, best seller with book jacket. I have used this set-up for at least 4 other books I have made and they are beautiful. With this book, I am unable to make the book jacket even though I selected that option (and have re-submitted the option numerous times from the beginning (of choosing the book)). When I click on the advanced jacket button, it asks if I want to create a new custom book jacket at which point I click yes. Once I do that, I receive a "my publisher error" and in the box it states "failed to create "name of book". I have uploaded the book for my daughter to view and there is no problem with the book. The book and its files are not corrupt. I am making another book at this same time with no problem making the jacket and I have attempted to start another book and making the jacket is no problem. I have also re-downloaded your program which fixed a few other problems, but, it still will not create a jacket. I need an answer to this dilemma in the next 2 days as i am about ready to purchase the book. It is for a recent bride and I will be purchasing at least 6 - 8 books for family members.
