I've been trying for two days to order my calendar, but a screen comes up and says MP server is busy and I cannot connect to internet. I am indeed connected on my end. Is MP really that busy? What's up?

I have been having the same problem also. I am a photographer and am computer literate. I have tried everything except for delete the program. Has your issue been solved?

Well, as I worked on my second wedding album for over 20 hours. Server kept being busy. Called Costo and they gave me a number to their main photo department. The gentleman was nice, but had no MP knowledge. Read through all of the forums on MP. I even went to Blurb and started re-making the same book it took me 20 hours to make! Tried disabling firewall and everything I could think of. Then all of a sudden I noticed the time was wrong, so I went into the settings of my computer and changed the time and date. HALLELUJAH!! Problem fixed. This worked for me.

I'm having the exact same problem- and I'm so frustrated! I have tried all of MP's suggestions and nothing seems to work. First I had a problem with the program itself having the purchase and share buttons grayed out and now that I have that fixed it won't let me upload. GRRRR!

I am encountering the same problem.

I'm trying to take advantage of the 50% off coupon code that expires tonight. I have spent the past two weeks putting together a 100 page photo book. When I tried to upload it, it got to over 90% done and then showed a "server not available" error. Since then I keep getting this error when I try to upload my photobook.

Is there a solution to this? Will the coupon code be extended due to this problem?

My book is ready to go but impossible today.. I really hoped to get it :( Can you please extend the offer due to your technical problems?

I can't upload either...server is down...I have 5 Books to order and i wanted to take advantage of the 50% off...Please help us!

I too am attempting to purchase a book, and are unable to do so do to server being busy. Do we know if a extension will be made? This is frustrating after spending so much time on the photo book, only to not be able to purchase.

I am also having the same issue. I have worked on 2 books and would like to purchase 50 books of one and 6 of the other. But I am unable to connect to the server

This is the error that I get when I click on "6 Purchase"

I have verified my connection (obviously I am posting on the site right now) and I have checked to make sure my date and time are correct on my computer, and they are. (Suggestion from PerfectioninProgress) Still not working.

I really hope that my publisher will extend the discount because of their server issues. These books are for work and we have already set the budget.

Please help!

I am having the same problem when trying to order. I've spent the last several days trying to get 4 projects ready to send. Its frustrating because I was counting on using the 50% off. My MP program has also been really slow to load and has just completely closed out a few times. Hopefully they will get this figured out for us soon. Good Luck

I'm not getting any response to the server, but I'm able to go online elsewhere just fine. My Publisher is obviously experiencing too much activity on their server. I have made screenshots showing the error message and the time on my computer. I'm going to keep trying, but I will use my screen shots to petition an extension on the discount.

Having problems purchasing the two books I've been working on. If MyPublisher doesn't extend their promo, I'm going to be really really ticked off!

I was never able to upload my book.

MyPublisher seems to have a good reputation for customer service...and I'm assure they are aware of our plight. Hopefully they'll contact us within the next few days with information on how to re-submit our orders so we can take advantage of the coupon.

I have never had any problem with MP customer service and there is no doubt in my mind that they will get this figured out and be fair to us. I am not sure what is up with the time though. These threads seem to be off on posting time. It is just now 11:07pm November 5th here in Tennessee and it says my last visit was 4:42am November 6th. I am sure its that time somewhere across the globe but not here in the US. Oh well...I guess I will go to bed and hopefully have a response from customer service in the morning.

Trying to purchase my one, ~30 page book (3 copies). Sitting at a white screen with "Not Responding" for the EXE in Task Manager. This sucks. I read on other newsgroups that MP isn't usually open to extending offers (they take the "too bad" approach). Hopefully that isn't the case here.

Unable to upload a photobook for my niece's football team. I'm ordering 8 but can't get through. I've already emailed MP and haven't heard back. I'm hoping to get an extension on the coupon - if not I'll order one and just give it to my niece instead of the team.

I have been trying to upload my album for the last 2 hours and either get "server is busy" messages or the software crashes. The last message I received said:
"We're sorry,

Our Shopping Cart is temporarily unavailable.

Please try back in about an hour.

Please contact customer service with any questions.
customerservice@mypublisher.com

Thank you."

I wanted to use the coupon before it expires (which I think is midnight PST), but don't know if it will actually work in another hour. Has anyone been able to successfully submit an order in the last day?

I successfully ordered books twice last week.
Tonight I get to various stages of purchase and upload before getting the screen that an internet connection is required. Obviously I have one. They are overwhelmed by their coupon expiring it seems. They are 6 hours behind in answering emails. Let's all hope they do the right thing and extend their coupon for us. It will mean a 10 book order from me. Or not.

I had the same problem as the rest. I spent TWO hours trying to upload my books last night. I planned on ordering SIX books but now the coupon has expired!

Is the coupon offer going to be extended???

The only consistency that I'm getting from mypublisher right now is consistently unacceptable service. I guess its universal, considering that more than 20 posts to this thread alone have experienced the exact same problem.

I've easily lost 12+ hours in the past three days, not to mention the opportunity to please my clients with the product they expected when they contracted me. I've been very surprised by the technical problems that have plagued so many users recently. As someone who has used mypublisher several times without any problems at all, this has been a real let down to me. I even thought from my past experience that it would be easy enough for my mom to create a book (she's not the most technically savvy person). She actually did create the book, but like everyone else, couldn't get it uploaded. I don't know how I'll ever be able to use mypublisher again after such an experience.

I've been trying to order calendars for three days without any success. Why do I continue getting these emails telling me to hurry and order if I can't order it. Either stop sending me emails or get your website fixed.

Waited hours for my order (with valid coupon) to upload last night and it never did. No problem getting to the next screens after entering my order and payment information...but the upload failed and the deadline for the coupon is now expired.
Is this coupon still valid if I decide to attempt to place this order again?
I'm using the latest version of mypublisher. I liked the older version better - it did the job without a hitch and wasn't a memory hog (as this one is).

Thank you, Mary! I just placed an order and the upload went smoothly. The coupon worked and I got a confirmation number. I would like to add though that this version of the software is very hard on resources... it requires a LOT of memory!

The customer service department at MyPublisher is fully staffed and the wait time for an email to be answered is less than 30 minutes. Can you please email us and let us know your situation.
