MyPublisher Has Blocked Sending Personal Messages

For some reason MyPublisher has blocked my ability to send or answer personal messages. I emailed customer service but they have not answered my email.

I apologize to those of you who have written me and expected an answer. I don't know what to do so if anyone has any suggestions, please do post here.

If MyPublisher does read this post, please unblock the hold you have on my personal messages.

MyPublisher has cleared what ever it was that blocked my sending or replying to personal messages. Thank you MyPublisher for taking care of this.
