Multiple Books in one order?

I'm creating several different wedding books designed to go to different relatives. I was wondering how I can combine the orders for 2 or 3 different books together in a single order? Mostly to maximize the recent coupons that have become available.

I have asked the same thing before. Never got an answer.

I don't care about the coupons. I would like to just place one order nd have it shipped together. Can we do this?
