full bleed jacket cover no printing

I cannot get a full bleed picture on my front jacket. Every option leaves either a small white box in the lower right corner or cuts off the bottom of the picture when no typing is added.

This seems like a simple option to provide,help.

Not sure if you figured it out yet, but the style of book that you selected determines if you have a picture window on your cover, or a customizalbe jacket. In order to have a full bleed picture on your cover, you have to select the "Just Photo" option when you create your book jacket. If you have text in your album itself, then you must create a book jacket separately from the existing album that you already have because the "Just Photo" style will not allow you to have an album with text. So again, create a new jacket, using the "Just Photo" option and then you can have a customizable cover, flaps & back page.
