using collages

Has anyone made a collage of lots of photos and then scanned it in to print as an 8x10 page?

I made a collage in photoshop and used it for the cover of a book on mypublisher...turned out fantastic!

I've used the collage approach on all my photobooks that I've made and like mnmwilson, I used photoshop.

I like to make my pages as collages because it lets me overlap images and add drop shadows or other photoshop effects.

Would you be willing to share a link to one of your albums with a sample of a collage made in Photoshop? I'm going to head out to Costco to pick up the sale item (thanks Cruiser), and would love to see how others are using it.

My husband's making one right now that will be a Christmas gift for his various siblings and parents. We scanned a bunch of old family photos and then scanned several favorite recipe cards. Then he's putting the hand written recipe cards intermingled amount the photos. I think they are going to love it when he done.
