Importing to another computer - Help

I have saved two Photobooks on one computer, which I will be getting rid of. When I export them and import them to another computer, it only imports a previously saved version of the book and all of the fonts have been changed. I have only saved the book in MyPublisher under ONE name, so I know that I am exporting / importing the right book.

What the heck?!?! Help. I am getting rid of this computer in the next week!
