"Purchase" button grayed out

I have finished my book and proofed it, but the "Purchase" button is grayed out and I can't find a way to order my book without the ability to click the "Purchase" button. Can anyone help me with this issue?

I need to order my photobook ASAP, so I can get it in time for my mom's birthday next week. Can someone please help me out on how I can purchase the book if the Purchase button is grayed out? Is there any other way to order the photobook?

i just had the same thing happen!!!!!! worked on this book for couple of weeks and now cant seem to print it! im so disapointed :( anyone know how to fix it??

Go into all page view and scroll through all the pages. Once all the thumbnails are generated in this view it should allow you to purchase. If you see any that are stuck and not creating a thumbnail, go to that page and right click the image, then select 'Referesh Photo'.

i had this same problem. not sure how i got to that mode, but all i did was exit the app and re-start it anew. then it was fine and the button was good.

I am very frustrated....I have been working on my photobook for over 2 weeks now and have finally completed it but now that I want to purchase the button is grey and I can't figure out what else to do. I have read all the help ideas including going back to each page (as I have 70 pages it takes a long time) and I checked to see if any of the photos were highlighted by red....there was one and I corrected it.

I also thought that maybe if the words were spelled wrong that might have been the problem, so I did the spell check and corrected them.

I have saved the corrections in the photo book, closed the application, rebooted my computer ( including turning it off and letting it rest before rebooting).

I need HELP please ASAP!!

I have more photobooks to create but this is not fun anymore....the stress is getting to me.
