Sharing email never comes...

Works now after many times for weeks...

It seems their server was down over the weekend and no one bother to take the entire server down or let any one know about this.......................

I contacted their help desk, expecting wait time was "less than 1 hour", but I didn't hear back for almost 4 hours! After 6 hours of upload, I got my order complete e-mail so I begin to delete my pics, upload new pics to make another book for my friend. Half way through that process, their CSR advised they have no record of my order and their server issue!! I was asked to resubmit my order.

I was not pleased, having to redo my first book and re-upload. I was so mad that the only reason that I am talking to them is because I have so much time invested in my 86 pages book already!

Yesterday, their CSR advise both of my original and resubmit order were received and they would cancel one of them for me.

Needless to say, after making 9 projects (18 books) with them, I too doubt their ability in dealing problem such as this and how they handle this situation. I was a very happy customer and gave out countless referrals until this past weekend. My 10th project just shipped and once I finished my friend's 11th project, I am moving my business to other services.

I have been having this same problem since Friday 9/5. I have received 5 different answers from customer service. As of today I am still not able to upload my album.
