I have used mypublisher for 6 different projects and have been extremely pleased with the outcome EXCEPT for my last project. I just received my order last week and discovered the first few pages had text misplaced and cut off from the pages. But, when I looked at the book as it was submitted (uploaded) it looked perfect?no red high lights? no indication that the text or font is wrong. Customer service indicated you should never "cut and paste". How do you know if it looks correct??? So I wanted to have the book redone and have received 6 responses back from several different folks saying I am so sorry but my supervisor will need to get back to you!!! BUT NO supervisor has ever responded! I am very frustrated with all of this because I like the product but will never use it again or recommend it if they cannot follow their own policy>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

MyPublisher customer service has responded back to me and they are honoring their guarantee. It is just unfortunate that it takes time and sometimes I am not patient enough :-) Thank you...it is still a great end product and I will continue to keep using their software.
