I've tried 3 times to upload my book so my friends can make comments before I have it printed. Each time, it takes a few minutes to upload and I get a screen saying "Thank you! Your Book has been shared successfully with... and it lists the email addresses I listed." But no one has ever received an email telliing them how to look at it. What am I doing wrong? THanks.
