Font selection box?

I'm having trouble finding the font selection box. I'm able to type words into the text boxes, but I can't seem to find a way to change the size or font anywhere. A small blue band shows up at the top of the text box when I want to start typing, but there is nothing inside the blue pop up that can be clicked on or opened to play with the fonts and sizes

Nevermind!! I figured out the problem. My bookmaker program was "dinged" somehow, I just reinstalled it and the font selection box is working normally!
