program dissappears

I installed mypublisher 3.0 2 days ago, I immediately made a picture book and ordered it without trouble like usually.
I got mails that my books are on their way.
When I start the program now, it looks like it starts up but everything dissappears after a few seconds, no program anymore.
How can i make my next book?
