"rehashing" upload/purchasing problem.....

I am having a problem purchasing a book. I've made the book and clicked purchase. It just tells me it's busy and that I need to connect......I've tried altering and turning off Zone Alarm. I have the current version of Internet Explorer. I am using this Mypublisher through Costco......Thanks for any help ! (also, customer service wrote me with some suggestions that did not work, related to my sercurity settings)

This is the same problem that I am experiencing...was it ever resolved for you? Were you able to save all of the work you did to put the book together?

Hi, I'm still working on it thru my publisher......but nothing they suggest so far has worked......I'm really disappointed because I went through Costco to do it....and they usually carry the best products and services that you can get.....They made one more suggestion for me to try to reinstall the program (your work should be saved according to them and would not be affected) and then try again. I KNOW there is nothing wrong with my connection, and last time I tried to purchase, I turned my firewall completely off and added their website to my securities list.........
