I spent hours and hours creating a Storyteller book that now -- no one can even read !! The Storyteller template, when you use the magnifying glass, cuts off Half of my captions and text...! Needless to say I am extremely and utterly disappointed in your design.

I want a scroll bar on the right hand side that will allow people to scroll down and see the Whole page -- because the way this thing works today, half of my pictures and half of my captions are completely cut off when you zoom in -- so no one can see or read half of my pages.

Get rid of the self-promotion buttons along the top half of the page that are only there to promote MyPublisher. Is this a template for your customers to get value out of in sharing a story with their friends... or is it a self-serving template that blatantly promotes MyPublisher so you can get more people to order books from your company?? You're wasting valuable real estate with those buttons along the entire top half of the page... real estate that could better serve your customers in allowing their photos and captions to be read...!! Hmmm, novel concept.

I would not have wasted my hours and hours of time in creating a 75-page album -- or wasted my money puchasing this book -- if I knew that this ill-designed template would not even have a scroll bar so people can actually magnify the page and scroll down to read the captions that go with pictures.

Why do you call this a Storyteller template if you do not allow people to read a Story...?? This is bait-and-switch Marketing at its best -- and I ought to know, I am in Marketing.

I feel duped. As it is today, it is utterly useless to me and I cannot send this album out to friends and family without a scroll bar.

I thought MyPublisher was a cool concept when I discovered it. As it is in its current form, I would never recommend this service to anyone. In fact, I will be sure to proactively point out the deficiencies in design to everyone I know. I have wasted more than a week creating an album for my friends that now I cannot even share with them.

I have to start at square one and try to find a software program that will actually allow me to create a usable electronic album.
