After spending a day sifting through the information on this site I started some experimentation with various aspect ratios to determine the One Photo Per Page mask size of the bookmaker software. The Classic Hardcover mask size is A4-letter size or 8.5x11 inches or 1.29411:1 aspect ratio. I am printing two books as a test to see the difference between 180 pixels per inch versus 240 pixels per inch. I suspect the larger file will produce the more visually appealing book although their HP Indigo printers are apparently only capable of 180 ppi. I am curious to discover what effect the bookmaker software algorithm has on JPEG compression and interpolation. Happy 4th of July y'all
