Ordering book jackets with harcover books

Hi, I also wanted to know about purchasing the book jacket for the hardcover book. If I select the book-jacket option, will the book itself still have a cutout for a picture, or will it be solid. If solid, will it also be plain, or will it have a picture printed on it as well. (I'm assuming it will be whatever color I have already selected).

if you order a photo book jacket then that is the cover you will see .

The photo book cover is as the name suggests is a jacket (A photograph creased to cover) over a plain hard cover .

Therefore you will not be supplied a book with a window if you have ordered a book with a photo book jacket (which wraps around the front & back covers)

The book cover also has the "title" from the front imprinted on the spine area of the dustcover.

Does the book without a dustcover have the spine imprinted?????

The book without the dust cover does not have anything imprinted on the spine.

What does the back of the book jacket look like? And just to be clear, for the deluxe hardcover without a book jacket -- it has the picture printed on the front (if that's the cover you choose). what does the back look like?

Well it depends on a number of things:

For picture window books - the images is on the fron only. The rest is the linen cover that you select during check out. It's all the same linen cover.

For book jackets, depending on the jacket you select and whether you use Advanced Jacket (BookMaker PC users only) you have different options. If you are not creating an advanced jacket. There is an image on the front and text automatically shows up on the spine from your cover.

Advanced jackets have printing on the front, back, flaps & spine all customizable. So, it's difficult to say for sure. There are lots of choices!
