Can't order!?

I'm trying to use the bookmaker to make a proofbook for a model and I can't actually order the book - I go to the "purchase" step and click next and nothing happens.

Any help? Thanks.

Hi Dingemansm -

What browser are you using? Are you MAC or PC? Sometimes firewall or browser settings that are set too high can get in the way of a Purchase. I recommend e-mailing customerservice@mypublisher.com. They have a great list of things you can try.

I had the same issue and it turned out to be Firefox on Windoze. Once I switched to Internet Explorer, it worked fine.

I had this problem with firefox as well. I used a different computer, with internet explorer, and it worked fine. It might be a popup blocker, too, so check to make sure you're allowing popups because it opens a new internet window when you click "purchase."
