Book # and Password Assignment

Book # and password assignment timing is unclear to new users of the site. One doesn't realize that they won't get an e-mail with these assignments (at least of password) until the bookstore notice comes. That's okay, but it would be helpful if this were communicated on Web pages requiring the password and in the initial confirmation of order notice.
