Black & White Backgrounds - suggestions?

How does it look to mix background page colors? I have some that are on a white background and some that are on black. Has anyone had a book published with different background colors? If so, did you like the look?

I'm planning to order my book tonight, so I hope someone is around to give me some feedback today!

Your book should look just fine with white and black backgrounds. I've even mixed some grey backgrounds in with white and black. Choose the background that showcases your pictures the best. I do tend to use the same color background on the two adjoining pages but that is a personal preference. Most of my books have a black background which is the color I prefer.
