Ideas needed!

I have been put in charge of creating a Retirement book for the administrative assistant in our office after 30 years of working here. Each person is responsible for one page of the book and they are all coming to me for creative ideas- of which I have run out! Has anyone here done a book like this- a dedication book? Or...is there any kind of page you would want if the book was for you?

I think it would be good to include a photo of people she has worked with and next to the photo have their thoughts/thanks/appreciation etc typed out on the page. This would be a keepsake reminder of each person that she worked with and what each person had to say about her. If there was a way to contact previouse employees that she worked with over the years that may not be with the company any longer that would be good too.

Addye, you might also consider some pages of group photos that were taken over the years with captions identifying the people and the event. And candid photos from parties, other fun company events, or photos of awards she may have received.
