"Share Book" grayed out

Help! I need to share my unfinished photobook today and now the "Share Book" button (as well as the "Purchase" button) is grayed out. I have shared this unfinished book before but I need to share the current version and now I don't know how. Any suggestions?

Try simply exiting BookMaker and relaunching...

If that doesn't jumpstart the Share button, then you should reinstall BookMaker. This will ensure that you have the most up-to-date release of 2.3 Here's a link:
