I placed my order on Tuesday at noon....my order shipped on Thursday and I paid for 2 day delivery, but my order will not be here until Monday at 7....I needed it for my nephew's 1st b-day on Saturday. What I'm frustrated about is I spoke with Fedex and they told me I could change my delivery to Saturday Delivery if I get My Publisher to contact them...but the only way to contact My Publisher is via e-mail and they don't answer for 2 days!!! I find this very disappointing. Any advice on what I should do?

I'm sorry for the challenges that you experienced regarding your order. I will have customer service contact you regarding your situation.
Our normal production time is 1-4 days and the shipping timeframe depends on the customer's method of choice at the time that they place the order.
