crashes and won't load pictures from Organize Phase to MakeBook Phase

?I select all my pictures in the ORGANIZE PHASE and go to the MAKE BOOK PHASE and some of my pictures aren't in the MAKEBOOK PHASE. I can?t get them into the MAKEBOOK PHASE. I have spent about 4 hours working on this software today and many more hours before this.

You suggest I go to Get Photos and import my photos...

"I import my photos with Get Photos first; and they show up there; but as I said before they do not appear in my Makebook phase. I have about 20 years of teaching software at the college level and I am fast becoming a believer that there is a real problem with your software. I have tried re booting and re downloading and have started over three times and I can't easily get through even one book with out crashing or just plain getting stopped because of problems like I just described

Any Ideas?

If image file sizes are really, really large or, conversely, have very low resolution, they will not print well and therefore, BookMaker may not be allowing them into the Make Book step. Try checking your file size making sure it is optimized for BookMaker based on the recommendations found at: http://www.mypublisher.com/help20/help_chapter6.php#f2
