I'm trying to do a book for my mom on mothers day. I have the book all made and ready to go but the purchase button is grayed out, What am I doing wrong?????

This could most likely be a problem with bookmaker being blocked by your firewall. You need to add bookmaker as a program allowed to access the internet through your firewall and you should be fine.

Open your windows security center and click on firewall. Go to exceptions and click on add program. Find mypublisherbookmaker and click on add. I hope that helps.
