Buying jackets for old books

I made a pretty extensive book for leg 1 of our honeymoon--two subsequent books are forthcoming. The Jacket was not ava. at the time I made Book 1 (March 2007). I'd like to do the jacket option for teh next two boks but won't b/c it won't match the first book I did. I would LOVE to see the ability of ordering JUST a jacket for the old books we have.

Another functionality I would like on the Jacket is for me to be able to add some text on the inside flap (i.e., about the author, etc.)

Very soon....in fact I can pull your e-mails from this forum and will give you the opportunity to participate in the beta test for this feature (voluntary of course, but you will get free jackets!)

This is a great option--I received my first my publisher book in May and I know our baby boy will be looking at the book (and the cover will most likely get damaged). I'd love to order a back up for when that happens..! So count me in the experimental phase! I too love the idea of creating interior page information--"like a real book."

Please count me in for the test phase if you still need participants. I love the jackets, and the option to 'replace' or just have an extra one would be awesome. Would also like to see a different/separate text box for the spine of the jacket, so that I could somehow combine the wording of all the lines in my title from the cover. Thanks!

Will you be making significant changes to the bookjacket options?

I wish that I could specify the text on the spine. I have a new baby, and have been making a book for each month of his life thus far. On the cover you see his name on the first line, and then the month on the second line. When they are all lined up on the bookshelf, they all look the same - black spine with his name down the side. It would be great if that could be included in your beta test.

Is it pushing it to ask for the ability to add a different photo on the back of the book jacket?

Great idea!!! I'll be waiting for this option. I love the jackets but have actually passed on recent albums because I want them to match old ones. Perhaps now I can have my cake and eat it too! Thanks MyPublisher. Some of the upcoming options sound fantastic!

I don't know if this was mentioned in previous posts, but I would like to see the same image that is on the jacket repeated on the actual hard cover of the book. So if you take the jacket off, the same image is printed on the book cover.

I wish I knew about this beta testing sooner - I would have loved to have been part of it!
