View Full Version : Can't Order - Connection Unavailable?

I've been trying to order my book for over 24 hours now - a screen comes up and says "Connection to MyPublisher Temporarily Unavailable." My Internet is working so that's not the issue. I want to order a book ASAP - please help!

I have had the same issue. Spent all my time creating the book - and it has repeatedly stalled on the upload - AFTER I had gone ahead and made my payment. I need to know the status of the order - it is obviously of great importance as a present for Mother's Day. I have done the following with NO response:

1)submitted 3 emails through the mypublisher.com contact page

2)have sent a separate email to the technical support email address

3)left voicemail for Carl Navarre

4)have left voicemail for Randy Barron

NO response. ALL with NO RESPONSE. I would consider that highly to extremely unprofessional at this point. I have worked 10s and 10s of hours on this project for Mother's Day. I have requested simply to be contacted and let know of the status. It says that I should expect an email within 4 hours. I am now at more than twice that. I have mentioned the company and process to more than 100+ people at scrapbook camps over the past couple of weeks - so I am heavily invested here.


As I would expect from a company with great customer service, I would expect this issue to be resolved by the end of business day today, Monday May 5th. I can be reached through email (melaniejoybarton@hotmail.com)

Hi Mellie - we do not take your paymet until your order ships. I know your inquiry has also since been responded to. I apologize for the delay, since the coupon is expiring we have gotten higher than anticipated volume.

Can someone from My Publisher please help me?? I still can't place an order though I did everything the email told me too....

Hi Jrode - there are a few things that could be getting in the way, try disabling your firewall, or if you are using a company computer, many coroprate firewalls block things. You an try to restart your computer or reboot your internet connection. I realize you are connected to the internet, but it requires a different type of connection to the server that just may not have gone through. If all else fails, I recommend exporting your book file and trying to upload from another computer for the time being...I'm really sorry for any inconvenience this causes you.

I am having a similar problem, where the connection to mypublisher is unavailable for several days.

I got no response from my email to MyPublisher (more than 36 hours already).

I uninstalled the firewall and antivrus, and still could not get through, though many, mny other connections are being made with no problem (browsers, air apps, cloud connections, et all).
I checked the connections on the ports with an independant tool, and the request is being made and reaching the internet.

Please let us know what is happening, and perhaps include free overnighting once the connection can be made I really would like this album sent yesterday or earlier
