View Full Version : Need much better tech support! Need to be able to diagnose failed printing

I have not been able to get two books that I successfully uploaded to be printed for some unknown reason. I find that no one at MyPublisher can look at book that failed to print (why not? You store the books.) I cannot figure out what is wrong with my book and customer support provides only "standard" answers and does not try to help me diagnose the problem.

For me, it's a pure guessing game trying to determine what could possibly be wrong. But you are the experts and if I could trouble shoot my book with a customer service rep over the phone, I am sure the problem could be diagnosed. Even better would be a tech rep who looks at books which failed to print and gives the user some real info on what the problem is.

You should check out the competition! I had a great session with Kodak Easy Share customer support - I talked to a real person. Also, I was told at Kodak, they do have technicians who look at all books that failed to print to try to fix the problem.

I'm so sorry you are having problems with us printing your book. I looked up your order history and saw that it keeps getting stuff as its being loaded onto our presses. I see you've tried numerous times.

I can have someone in our tech department contact you, but they are a few days behind. They will be reaching out to you next Monday.
