One line text boxes

Hello,

I am using the latest version, Mac 2.2 and find that the text boxes generally have space for 2 or three lines of text, but only the middle line is useable as text on the 1st line is cut off on the top and the 3rd line is cut off along the bottom. Is there a way to adjust the text box so that 2 complete lines will fit. One line is seldom enough to identify people in even a small group.

Hi Walt -

Unfortunately you cannot change the size of the text boxes themselves, however you can adjust the font size. It just may be a matter of shrinking the font size a little bit. Also, view your book in Preview. Even though the text may appear slightly cut off on the top, as long as the text box has not turned red, if the text is viewable in preview, it will print just like that as well!

Hi,
Unfortunately this did not work. Three lines appeared to fit in the text box ( no red warnings) but the last line did not print.
