How can I reorganize pages?

I am brand new to this, and have a question re: pages. I'm about one-third of the way through my book and know that I will want to change the order of pages. What is the simplest method for doing this? Thanks to anyone who has ideas.

On the bottom, left of the Make Book step, click on All Pages View, then drag and drop the pages around.
