Changing book layout after starting a book

I would like to change the book layout after I have begun a book. Specifically I want to not have a book jacket but I cannot make that option go away. How do I do this without starting a whole new book?

Click on the book size & style button, click through all the choices (keep them all the same) except the book jacket - change that to picture window. Then you will be all set!

Thanks for the suggestion. However what is happening is that I cannot change from book jacket to picture window. I have this "advanced book jacket" template in there for the cover page and I cannot change that around.I don't think I ever choose the advanced book jacket but it won't go away. Even when I create a new book that is my only option for the cover "advanced book jacket". It will not let me pick the picture window. How do I make this go away so that I can choose the picture window option?

Ahh I see where you are getting stuck. You need to FIRST click on Advanced Jacket button, THEN file > delete jacket. Then click RETURN TO BOOK. After that, click the book size & style button and it will let you change.
