Unique Trips - Relief work in the Gulf

I took a trip this last January for a week to help rebuild homes in Biloxi, MS that were damaged by Katrina. For such a powerful trip, I wanted to preserve my photos in a way that helped tell our story. Between 12 of us, several thousands of pictures were taken in the week we were there.

I just uploaded 250 of the best of the best (IMO). I'm excited for the results! What a neat way to be able to share our story.

wow ... 12 people in 1 week, several thousand pictures. You guys must be fast shooters. I wonder if that was a relief work trip or photography class...

With todays digital SLRs it is very easy to shoot "several thousand photos". I just went to Hawaii for 2 weeks and came back with over 4 thousand images, and I assure you I did a lot more than just shoot pictures. With 12 shooters, thousands would be easy.
