Cannot click on greyed out purchase button

I have created a one hundred page book. Use Windows XP, both internet explorer and mozilla firefox.

I cannot seem to activate my order...either on the bookshop tab or on the purchase tab..

Same thing happened to me ... the purchase buttons were there and appeared to be working a few days ago. Now my book is finished with 81 pages and the button has greyed out and can't be activated ...

Problem solved for me ... try turning down your personal firewall settings. The script interferes.
