Problem with Sharing

I am trying to share a photobook with my brother to get his approval on something before purchasing the book for our mother. I click on "Share Book" and then sign in, the book uploads, I get a message that says "You have successfully shared with...." and then no email is received. I've tried it several times. IT's been 2 days since my original request to share.

I am given no book # or receive no email about my book.

Any suggestions??

Hello - I tried to look your email address listed with this forum up on the system but I couldn't find any account for you. You can email customer service with your log in email address - you should also received a "share confirmation" email. It does take about 15 minutes for the email to arrive, but not 2 days! Please email customer service with a bit more info on your account we they can follow up.

I have the same problem sharing a photobook with my friends, friends with hotmail account never receive it.

IT could be getting stuck in the spam filters....especially with msn/hotmail. that happens a lot with that email service providor.
