I spent all weekend creating 2 books at once, both large. I uploaded one and have already received it. The program will not allow me to upload the second. I did everything recommended on the website: checked the available memory on my computer, deleted all other albums in the program's memory, etc. Now that I have recieved the first album, I tried to delete it to solve the problem but it won't delete. Neither album will allow me to export it or click "purchase". Most frustrating, I cannot get a response from the company which professes a 4-hour response time. It has been 2 days. No response, no phone number, no album. Help!
