It would be nice to design my own page. I get to pick where the text and picture boxes go. If I want them to be awkwardly shaped thats my deal, and its awesome! Its nice to have boxes that are all ready laid out and esthetically pleasing, but sometimes nothing works with the pictures I have in mind. Plus it gets boring real fast.

Like for example your layouts with 6 or 9 pictures: there is only one layout for each. Again...boring.

And then if I want 7, 8 or more than 9 pictures on a page, its not even possible.

I think mypublisher is a wonderful idea, it just needs a lot of improving.

Thank you for a chance to speak my mind, and I hope you consider these updates in the future.

so just create your own layout outside of mypublisher and upload it as a full page image.

That is true - you can use PhotoShop to create your own layout for any page in BookMaker and drag it into the full bleed photo mold (available in all book styles). However, we are working to provide you with some more interesting layouts so just check back on our website from time to time! We will be launching some new things in the next few months.

Thanks!

Do you have a link to some detailed instructions on how to do this? I would love to try, but have been doing a lot of googling, and can't find a site that gives specific instructions for how to do this.
Thanks, kds.

kds - you might try Fotofusion by LumaPix. Great for doing layouts, easy to learn! You do have to purchase it though. Do a Google search to find it.

I think that the pages with 6, 9, or 12 little photos could use a little less of the page background and a bit more size in the photos, maybe.
