Leather Cover and 2.2

I don't get the option to choose a leather cover when I start to create my book anymore. Is this right or has that been moved somewhere else in the process? We still have that option right?

It's during checkout in the shopping cart. Mac users have this option too :) Just select the "picture window" photobook (not book jacket.)
