Can't add new photo page

When I try to add a new page, it gives me the cover page. I can not select page that has multiple picture - they are all gray out. The only selection that available to me is cover which I do.

I'm having the same problem, cant get past the cover page..... no help from customer service..... anyone please HELP

Just try clicking around - it may be that the highlight is stuck on the cover page.
