Is anybody having trouble getting beyond "Purchase"?

After the purchase screen, I can get to the Login screen but that is as far as it goes. I can't type anything in the login screen. If I try clicking on it, it thinks for a few seconds and then just refreshes the same screen again.

I have followed all the suggestions posted here (minimizing security risk, disabling firewall, allowing the website as an exception, setting IE as default browser, making sure if it is IE7, disabling spyware, adding website as a trusted site, etc.).

I need to get this book out tonight for it to be delivered early next week (it was a present for a person who is having a going away party of about 100 people). If it doesn't work when I get home, I have to recreate everything (all 45 pages) in another photo book website. I am not looking forward to that so any help would be appreciated in the next few hours!!

Have you tried exiting BookMaker, relaunching and trying again. This will often 'reset' any errors that might be preventing BookMaker from loading the login page.

Also, if that doesn't work, you can try using the windows control panel to 'Uninstall' BookMaker; then, download and install a new copy. Here's a link to the installer:

Save the file to your desktop, 'Run' the installer and accept the license agreement.

And don't worry about losing your work in progress, as this reinstallation will not harm your saved books.
