I am new to this and I have spent the past 6 hours trying everything to purchase. After I click "purchase", it brings me to the Login or Create New Account screen. When I try clicking on "create new account", the hourglass comes on for a few minutes and then back to the pointer. Nothing happens. I do this several times and it always is just the original screen with the Login or Create New Account.
I have tried disabling my firewall, spyware, allowing mypublisher in my trusted sites, enabled cookies, turned security to low, ensured IE 7 is my default, and I can't seem to do anything to move beyond the sign in/creat new account screen. I have version 2.3.
I have also tried exporting to a CD but this doesn't work. I can export to my desktop but not to the CD. Any assistance would be much appreciated!!
